Refund policy

1. Standard Return Window

At ShopioT, we offer a 30-day return policy for professional IoT hardware. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in original factory packaging.

RMA Authorization Required

Returns sent back without prior approval and an assigned RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

2. Technical Inspection & Restocking

As a specialized provider, all returns undergo a technical inspection by our engineering team to ensure hardware integrity and verify that no firmware tampering has occurred.

• Restocking Fee: A fee of up to 15% may apply to opened items in working order.

• Sealed Units: Broken security seals or registered devices (LNS onboarding) may be ineligible for a full refund.

3. Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us at info@shopiot.eu within 48 hours. For Dead on Arrival (DOA) units, we prioritize an expedited replacement.

• Custom pre-configured IoT sensors.

• Software and Cloud subscriptions.

• Final sale and clearance items.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the technical inspection is complete and approved.
