The Milesight EM300-ZLD is an industrial-grade LoRaWAN Zone Leak Detection Sensor engineered to protect critical infrastructure from water damage. Unlike spot leak sensors, the ZLD (Zone Leak Detection) model utilizes a 3-meter sensing cable that detects the presence of liquids anywhere along its length, making it ideal for monitoring perimeters or under-floor piping. Housed in a rugged IP67 waterproof enclosure, it also monitors ambient temperature and humidity, providing a comprehensive environmental safety solution with a battery life of up to 10 years.

Proactive Alerting Instant LoRaWAN uplink upon leak detection allows for immediate intervention, while built-in data storage prevents information loss during gateway outages.
Sensirion High Precision Equipped with high-accuracy Sensirion temperature and humidity chips, enabling the device to detect condensation risks before leaks even occur.
