The Milesight UC300 IoT Controller is a comprehensive solution designed to redefine remote monitoring and control in various applications. It uniquely combines LoRaWAN® and 4G LTE technologies, offering flexible and robust connectivity options. The UC300 is equipped with rich industrial interfaces, allowing it to monitor and control multiple field sensors or devices simultaneously. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring diverse data inputs and outputs, such as in smart cities, industrial automation, and environmental monitoring.
One of the key features of the UC300 is its temperature transmitter capability. It can accept and convert resistance signals from 2/3 wires PT100 sensors into a 4-20 mA current signal, covering a wide temperature range from -200°C to 800°C. Additionally, the controller boasts an intelligent trigger system, where users can set up to 16 commands based on custom conditions and actions for smart task execution.
The UC300 ensures reliable operation even in the absence of network connectivity, capable of executing commands autonomously. It supports global LoRaWAN® frequency plans and 4G LTE as backhaul connectivity, making it versatile for different project requirements. Moreover, the controller integrates seamlessly with multiple cloud platforms, including AWS (for cellular version only) and Milesight IoT Cloud, supporting TCP/UDP/MQTT protocols.
The device also features the innovative Milesight D2D Controller & Agent, enabling communication with other Milesight LoRaWAN® node devices without the need for a LoRaWAN® gateway. This significantly reduces latency and enhances operational efficiency.

Shipping Policy
We provide worldwide shipping using reliable tracked
shipping services.
Local Shipments within Cyprus
Shipments in Cyprus are performed usually with ACS Courrier
or AKIS Express. In some cases, we might deliver the products ourselves. A pick-up
option from our locations is also available.
International Shipments
International shipments are performed using Express Airway
Shipping Services. We are currently shipping orders with TNT Express and FedEX.
As soon as your shipment is dispatched you will receive the shipment confirmation
including the shipment tracking number which you can use to track your order
from the shipment provider website.
We dispatch orders within 1-3 workdays after the day of the
order placement.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cyric.eu. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
