We ship from Nicosia, Cyprus to Cyprus, all EU member states, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, with tracking on every order: ACS Courier in Cyprus and FedEx everywhere else. For other countries, email info@shopiot.eu with the products and destination and we will quote directly.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days in Cyprus and 1–3 business days to the EU, the UK and Switzerland. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Shipments to the UK and Switzerland may be charged import duties and taxes, which the buyer pays. See our shipping policy.

Yes. Our prices include VAT. EU business customers who enter their company name and a valid EU VAT number at checkout are invoiced without VAT under the intra-community reverse-charge rules. Bank transfer is also available for business orders.

Yes, and the advice is free. Tell us what you need to measure, where, and which LoRaWAN network or platform you use, and we will suggest gateways and sensors. For larger sites we also offer a paid RF survey before quoting gateways. Contact our team.

Yes. Send us your LoRaWAN network server details with the order and we can pre-provision the devices, so they are ready to add to your network when they arrive.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email info@shopiot.eu first so we can issue an RMA number and return instructions. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Returned items go through a technical inspection, and the cost of sending them back is paid by you. Hardware custom-configured to your specification can't be returned. See our refund policy.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the technical inspection is approved. For consumer withdrawals we refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice at the latest.

Tell us at info@shopiot.eu, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement for dead-on-arrival units. Consumer purchases also carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
