Description

The Milesight CT103 is an industrial-grade LoRaWAN Smart Current Transformer rated for 250 A (rms) energy monitoring. Its detachable clamp-type current transformer fits around the conductor for straightforward installation. With a 3.3 kHz sampling frequency, it provides precise RMS current data and accumulated energy usage insights. The CT103 is self-powered by the current in the cable it monitors, so no battery is needed; a 5 V USB Type-C input powers it when measuring currents below the minimum self-powered reporting current (2.8–3 A rms).

Energy Harvesting The device is fully autonomous, drawing its operational power directly from the electromagnetic field of the measured conductor.
Rapid Alarm Response Features a 1s sampling rate for threshold monitoring, triggering an immediate LoRaWAN alert if current levels deviate from safe parameters.
