1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
We currently provide worldwide shipping for all products listed on our website. We utilize industry-leading carriers to provide real-time tracking and secure delivery.
• International Shipments: Delivered via TNT Express, UPS, FedEx, or Cyprus Postal Service.
• Domestic (Cyprus) Shipments: Delivered via our internal CyRIC logistics team or local partners such as ACS Courier.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Nicosia, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For shipments outside of the Republic of Cyprus, your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding duty rates.
