Can I request a formal quote for B2B or bulk procurement?

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Our store displays prices excluding VAT by default. For EU-based businesses with a valid VAT number, intra-community VAT exemptions apply. You can validate your VAT number during the checkout process to ensure correct billing.

Do you offer pre-configuration services for LoRaWAN gateways or sensors?

Yes, we provide technical integration services. If you require your devices to be pre-provisioned on a specific Network Server (LNS) such as The Things Stack or ChirpStack before shipping, please contact our engineering team to discuss a customized configuration service.

What happens if a product I need is listed as "Out of Stock"?

Because we work directly with global manufacturers like Milesight, Kerlink, and Seeed Studio, we can often provide lead times for incoming stock. Please reach out to us to place a backorder or to receive an estimated delivery date for high-demand industrial components.

Shipping

Which couriers do you use for international deliveries?

To ensure secure and trackable delivery of sensitive electronics, we ship worldwide using premium carriers including TNT Express, UPS, and FedEx. For domestic shipments within Cyprus, we utilize our internal logistics team or local partners like ACS Courier.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the hardware and the destination zone. For very large orders or specific industrial logistics requirements (such as palletized shipping), please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you ship to the Middle East and regions outside of Europe?

Yes. While our primary focus is Europe, we leverage our strategic location in Cyprus to provide fast shipping to the Middle East and globally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to arrange a manual shipping quote.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

For orders shipped outside of the Republic of Cyprus, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding the import of telecommunications and IoT equipment.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy for professional IoT hardware?

We offer a 30-day return policy for standard, unused, and unopened products in their original factory packaging. Because industrial hardware must remain in pristine condition for re-sale, items with broken security seals or those that have been physically installed may not be eligible for a full refund.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Custom-configured hardware, software licenses, Cloud subscription keys, and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.

What should I do if my hardware is defective (DOA)?

If you receive a unit that is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our engineering team will perform a remote diagnostic check to see if the issue can be resolved via configuration; if the hardware is faulty, we will authorize an immediate replacement.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned hardware is received and passes our technical inspection (to ensure no electrical damage or firmware tampering), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
