The Milesight WS156 Smart Scene Panel is a sophisticated and innovative device designed to enhance control and customization in various environments. This panel is part of the CoWork Series, crafted to adapt to multiple scenarios, be it in smart offices, homes, or other collaborative spaces. The WS156 & WS136 models bring unparalleled efficiency and customization to your environment, ensuring seamless and rapid scene adjustments.
A key feature of the WS156 is its E-Ink Screen, which allows for a customizable display with rich icon sources to match a variety of life scenes. Users can easily change the display content by uploading images, offering a high level of personalization. The WS136 model, alternatively, comes with PVC stickers that can be customized to suit specific needs.
The WS156/WS136 operates using the Milesight D2D (Device to Device) communication protocol featuring LoRa®, enabling communication among different Milesight LoRaWAN® node devices without a LoRaWAN® gateway. This feature offers lower latency, less than 1-second response time, secure transmission, and reduces investment costs.
Additionally, the smart scene panel provides one-to-many control as a Milesight D2D Controller device, where one command message sent from the panel can be received by multiple Milesight D2D Agent devices. The WS156/WS136 can operate in dual protocol modes, working in either LoRaWAN® or Milesight D2D protocol separately.

Shipping Policy
We provide worldwide shipping using reliable tracked
shipping services.
Local Shipments within Cyprus
Shipments in Cyprus are performed usually with ACS Courrier
or AKIS Express. In some cases, we might deliver the products ourselves. A pick-up
option from our locations is also available.
International Shipments
International shipments are performed using Express Airway
Shipping Services. We are currently shipping orders with TNT Express and FedEX.
As soon as your shipment is dispatched you will receive the shipment confirmation
including the shipment tracking number which you can use to track your order
from the shipment provider website.
We dispatch orders within 1-3 workdays after the day of the
order placement.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cyric.eu. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
