Which PoE standards are supported?
All PoE ports support IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, with up to 30 W per port.
How far can PoE reach?
Standard Ethernet reaches 100 m. On selected ports of the non-SFP models, Extend Mode carries data at 10 Mbps up to 250 m.
Do the switches need configuring?
No. They are plug-and-play and work out of the box.
Which model should I choose?
Add up the PoE power of your devices and pick the model whose budget covers it with some headroom, from 65 W (4-port) to 400 W (24-port).
