Description

The MClimate Fan Coil Thermostat (FCT) is a LoRaWAN HVAC controller for climate control in commercial and residential buildings. Designed for 2-pipe and 4-pipe Fan Coil Units (FCU), it manages heating and cooling systems and supports both traditional 3-speed and 0-10V ECM fans. A 4.2" e-ink display with a fast refresh rate gives occupants a local interface to adjust target temperatures, while facility managers can apply energy-saving policies and schedules remotely via any LoRaWAN network server.

Building Automation Features

Occupancy Input Support Multipurpose I/O supports occupancy sensors and door/window contacts to shift to economy mode automatically when rooms are vacant.
Open Protocol Integration The documented communication protocol allows integration into MClimate Enterprise or a 3rd party BMS via LoRaWAN gateways.
