The Milesight VS360 is a high-performance LoRaWAN® people counter designed for retail, office, and smart building analytics. Unlike camera-based systems, the VS360 utilizes IR Breakbeam technology, which remains unaffected by ambient temperature or the color of a person’s clothing. The system consists of two compact devices—a Master and a Node—that detect when an infrared beam is interrupted. This non-intrusive method provides 100% privacy while delivering bi-directional traffic data to help managers optimize staffing and facility usage.

Bi-Directional Counting Distinguishes between entering and exiting traffic to provide net occupancy and total footfall statistics.
Milesight D2D Protocol Acts as a D2D Controller, allowing for local peer-to-peer triggers—such as turning on lights or ventilation—without gateway latency.
