Description

The Milesight EM400-MUD is an industrial-grade Multifunctional Ultrasonic Distance Sensor designed for specialized LoRaWAN applications including smart waste management and parking occupancy. With a detection range of 3cm to 450cm and an exceptionally small blind zone, it provides reliable level data even when containers are nearly full. Beyond distance, the EM400-MUD integrates a 3-axis accelerometer to detect if assets have been moved or overturned, and an NTC temperature sensor to trigger alarms in the event of fire. Its rugged IP67 enclosure and internal damp-proof coating ensure stable operation in the harshest outdoor or underground environments.
