Does it have cellular backhaul?
No — the iFemtoCell uses Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and Ethernet backhaul. If you need an internal 3G/4G module, choose the Wirnet iFemtoCell-evolution instead.
How is it powered?
By the included AC/DC supply (230 VAC / 12 VDC, 5.5×2.5 mm jack). An optional UPS accessory provides up to 24 hours of backup autonomy.
Can it run a network server on-device?
Yes, with the optional Wanesy™ SPN2 (Small Private Network), which embeds a LoRa Network Server on the gateway for standalone, self-operating networks.
Is it suitable for deep-indoor sites?
Yes — it's designed for demanding indoor environments like basements, car parks, and elevator shafts, providing dedicated coverage and network densification.
