The Milesight EM300-SLD is a highly efficient and compact spot leakage detection sensor designed for detecting the presence of water or other liquids and transmitting alarms using LoRaWAN® technology. This sensor is ideal for applications such as pipe leakage monitoring, basement flooding, pump failure, and more, offering a reliable solution for both commercial and residential settings. The EM300-SLD is distinguished by its low power consumption, operating up to 5 years on a 4000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting performance without frequent battery replacements.
One of the key features of the EM300-SLD is its integration of temperature and humidity sensors, providing an all-encompassing environmental monitoring solution. It boasts an ultra-wide-distance transmission with a line of sight of up to 10km, making it suitable for expansive areas. The device is housed in an IP67 UV-resistant and waterproof enclosure, ensuring durability and reliability in harsh environmental conditions.
In addition to these features, the EM300-SLD can store up to 3,000 historical records locally and supports retransmission to prevent data loss. Shipping Policy
We provide worldwide shipping using reliable tracked
shipping services.
Local Shipments within Cyprus
Shipments in Cyprus are performed usually with ACS Courrier
or AKIS Express. In some cases, we might deliver the products ourselves. A pick-up
option from our locations is also available.
International Shipments
International shipments are performed using Express Airway
Shipping Services. We are currently shipping orders with TNT Express and FedEX.
As soon as your shipment is dispatched you will receive the shipment confirmation
including the shipment tracking number which you can use to track your order
from the shipment provider website.
We dispatch orders within 1-3 workdays after the day of the
order placement.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cyric.eu. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
