The Milesight VS330 is a specialized LoRaWAN Bathroom Occupancy Sensor that provides a reliable solution for monitoring restroom usage while ensuring absolute user privacy. Utilizing advanced Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology, the sensor measures distances to detect human presence with 99.5% accuracy, even if the occupant is stationary. Unlike PIR sensors, it is not affected by heat sources or ambient light, and unlike cameras, it is 100% anonymous, making it fully GDPR compliant for private stalls. Supporting the Milesight D2D protocol, it can trigger localized automation such as ventilation or lighting in under a second.
