By utilizing a split-core current transformer (CT), the Intens'O measures the AC current flowing through a conductor without requiring any downtime or electrical modifications. It provides critical data on machine status (On/Off) and precise RMS current values, allowing facility managers to track equipment duty cycles and identify potential failures. With its long-range wireless connectivity and long battery life, it is an ideal solution for retrofitting legacy machinery into a modern smart factory environment.
