Diehl Metering HRL-c-G3: Remote Water Meter Reading with LoRaWAN
The Diehl Metering HRL-c-G3 is a radio module designed to transform standard mechanical water meters into smart meters with remote reading capabilities. This compact device utilizes LoRaWAN technology for:
- Long-range communication: Transmit water consumption data over extended distances, ideal for situations where meters are buried or difficult to access manually.
- Low-power operation: Minimize battery consumption, enabling extended operation on a single battery for up to 15 years (depending on usage).
Designed for Compatibility:
- Easy installation: The HRL-c-G3 easily clips onto existing Diehl Metering meters equipped with a grey or red ring in the inductive range (Ha+Ti or Ti).
- Magnetic tamper detection: Built-in inductive sensor ensures data integrity by being insensitive to magnetic tampering attempts.
- Flexibility: While primarily designed for Diehl meters, it can also be used with any pulse-emitting meter when combined with Diehl's IZAR BE Pulse interface.
Data Transmission and Management:
- Fixed network data collection: The HRL-c-G3 transmits data at pre-determined intervals (typically every 12 hours) to a subscribed LoRaWAN network.
- Remote access: Access water consumption data and manage settings remotely via a LoRaWAN gateway and cloud platform (IZAR@NET 2 or network operator interface).

Shipping Policy
We provide worldwide shipping using reliable tracked
shipping services.
Local Shipments within Cyprus
Shipments in Cyprus are performed usually with ACS Courrier
or AKIS Express. In some cases, we might deliver the products ourselves. A pick-up
option from our locations is also available.
International Shipments
International shipments are performed using Express Airway
Shipping Services. We are currently shipping orders with TNT Express and FedEX.
As soon as your shipment is dispatched you will receive the shipment confirmation
including the shipment tracking number which you can use to track your order
from the shipment provider website.
We dispatch orders within 1-3 workdays after the day of the
order placement.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cyric.eu. If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
